In the morning, you and your little one are best friends, you are playing together and you have a wonderful collaboration. After lunch, something is starting to happen – the child becomes anxious, maybe he’s crying, he says he still has something to eat when the plate is empty and so on… All these are only the clues for your nightmare: he won’t sleep this afternoon either! </p>
<p>The sleep after lunch represents for most adults an inaccessible luxury, even if it is highly indicated for a better digestion and to avoid over-soliciting the organism. This is exactly why you must accustom your child to this healthy habit, no matter how much he fights it. A first advice would be to insist: don’t give up on his pleadings at least until the afternoon sleep is part of his daily routine. </p>
<p>One way to do it is to sit down on the bed next to your child and to read him a story. His organism will surely react and he will soon fall asleep. Don’t forget to place next to him his teddy bear or doll, telling him that the toy has to sleep too. </p>
<p>The method can be reversed: tell him, with a serious tone, that it is essential for the toy to sleep and who can take better care of it that the child himself. Put him to bed with the toy and leave the room. It is highly probable that within the next ten minutes you will find him sleeping.</p>
<p> It is recommended that you will come back from time to time and see if he is indeed sleeping. If he’s playing and totally forgot he has to sleep then stay with him, cheer him up and talk to him on a low tone and it will work just like a lullaby.</p>
<p>Another strategy is to promise the child you will take him out in the park to play with other children and for that he needs to be rested. This will make him happy and he will go to sleep easier. The only trick is to actually go with him to the park after he wakes up. If you don’t then he will lose his trust in you and you will have more problems with him, many more than just the afternoon sleep. </p>
<p>Don’t use it as a blackmail though – the child needs to understand and to learn that afternoon naps are not a way to get what he wants and not a punishment either, he needs to understand them as a healthy habit necessary for his health. </p>
<p>If possible try to get him to sleep every day at the same hour because this way his organism will react and after a few weeks the little one will get sleepy right after lunch. That is going to be a relief from all the previous problems!</p>

<p>So let’s see how our little friend will have to act in some situations: </p>
<p>1. Usually, in crowded places we will keep him in a leash, to always have him under control. So he will have to know how to walk in a leash, near your foot, without pulling. </p>
<p>2. The dog is not allowed to jump on people or animals met or to attack any of those, as long as he isn’t aggressed. </p>
<p>3. The dog shouldn’t run after bicycles, motorcycles, cars or people that are running. It is know that some dogs do that because of their hunting instincts. </p>
<p>4. When we let the dog free, to relax, it is crucial that when he is called he return on the shortest way and as fast as possible. </p>
<p>5. At a picnic, the dog is not allowed to pass thought other people’s carpets or to eat their food. </p>
<p>6. Wherever our dog might be, he is not to be allowed to eat food given by someone else or food found thrown around. </p>
<p>7. Generally, small dogs are more spoiled than big dogs and they are more aggressive, anti-social and afraid of other people or dogs. The ones to blame are the owners that often amuse themselves when they see their dogs acting this way. This way the dogs get to barking and even biting their own owner.</p>
<p>8. The dog must have the initial training learned and practiced, so we would have no problems when walking him. </p>
<p>9. All through the walk, the dog is not to chew on his leash or to pull it with his teeth, because it might happen that he is tied somewhere alone and he will chew on it until he becomes free and gets lost. </p>
<p>10. The dog is not allowed to jump up and out his front paws on us or others even if he is just playing. </p>
<p>11. Pay attention to drunken people! Many times the smell, the walk and the yelling of drunken people annoy the dog. The dog is to loose his reality sense and his instincts and therefore they won’t pay attention to any of our advices. Some drunken people are even aggressive to dogs. Stay away from them as much as possible.</p>

<p>Make sure you are carrying with you a copy of your CV, written in a professional manner, including all details that could be of interest for that specific company. </p>
<p>Look your interlocutor in the eyes, because this thing shows that you have confidence in yourself and that you are focusing on the subject.  Show some enthusiasm towards the firm you are trying to work for. </p>
<p>Dress up as professional as possible. If the company style claims the wear of a suit, the wear that suit and look as presentable as possible because that is most important and it will make just the difference you need. </p>
<p>Try to answer the questions, in not more than 60 seconds. That doesn’t mean that you have to answer with simple yes and no, but long answers will make the interlocutor lose his interest. And you might also lose you concentration. </p>
<p>Listen carefully and answer to questions directly. If you did not understand a question, ask them to    explain it better to you, do not answer unless you are sure what you have been asked. </p>
<p>Prepare to tell them what your past activities have been and the way you consider they can influence your carrier. Give some examples that ca end up leaving a good impression of you. </p>

Usually people find it confusing when they realize that in order to have a family they have to give up their career dreams, or in some cases even their jobs. Actually it’s all about priorities and self control. </p>
<p>If ever confronted with this problem, and no other advice works, try following these stages and maybe you will find the answers you need. </p>
<p><strong>1. Decide if you are ready to have a family.</strong></p>
<p>This is very important. You must take in consideration all aspects, family life means: children, spending time together, support.</p>
<p>If you don’t feel ready and still take this step, your family will end up neglected for sure and you shouldn’t try to follow the next steps unless you are ready. </p>
<p><strong>2</strong>. <strong>Assuming you have a job, make a work plan and try to share work problems at home.</strong></p>
<p>You might find it unbelievable, but your family can help with your work. They love you and even though they are not specialists in your work area, they will do their best to give the best possible advice. </p>
<p><strong>3</strong>. <strong>To have a career you have to work harder. Try getting some work home.</strong></p>
<p>When waiting that promotion, you will have lots of unplanned work to do. If you stay and finish it all at the office, your family will barely see you. Try and take home with you what can be taken and at least they will be happy knowing you are next to them, even if you are busy. </p>

<p>Even if it means more work, your family will understand if they are asked first. Sometimes stress is added because he is afraid of doing something that can get him punished. The second problem comes out of the need of a dog to be permanently around people or other dogs. </p>
<p>If it is a small dog, he should be familiarized to his environment. If a little dog is to be left alone the entire day, then make sure he has enough water and that a big part of the room he is left into will be covered in papers. A small dog needs to satisfy his physiological needs every three hours. Do not under any circumstances leave the dog locked in the doggy house without given him access to water. You should let him stay in a small room, for example the kitchen. </p>
<p>A good idea might be coming home in your lunch brake or hiring someone to walk your dos. This way he gets a chance to meet other people and dogs and help you prevent a home disaster. </p>
<p>Experts recommend us to spend a few hours a day with or dog and to introduce him to as many friends and neighbors as we can until he turns 7-12 weeks old, because at this age the puppy holds the capacity to understand some situations. </p>
<p>If you have an adult dog, that needs to be fed only once a day, it is simpler. The dog will eat at night or in the evening when you get home. You will walk him in the morning and when you get back from work. But try not to be out of the house more that 8 hours because he has a schedule, he knows exactly when he is given food and when he will be walked. If you don’t impose him a rhythm, the dog will be stressed and the house a mess. </p>
<p>Never leave the dog alone when you are planning to go on a trip or on a vacation. If possible take him with you or if not, hire someone or ask some friends to take care of him. </p>
<p>It is important to make it up to your dog. If you have to leave him alone a lot during work days, try and spend more time with him on weekends and holidays. Behavior issues can be easily corrected if you just play more with the dog.</p>

<li>Regular exercise will prevent your body temperature rhythm from “flat-lining”, which will allow you to sleep deeply even if you&#8217;ve had a stressful day, or couldn&#8217;t exercise on one particular day. </li>
<li>Exercise delays the body temperature “drop” in the evening, allowing you to stay awake and alert longer without feeling tired and drowsy. </li>

<p>If you don&#8217;t exercise, I&#8217;m not suggesting you get up off your butt right now, get a membership at your local gym and begin a full scale work out program. You can do that only if you really want to. However, recent study shows that just moderate exercise during the day has many health benefits. If you can&#8217;t motivate yourself to start exercising regularly, you could find a less intensive physical activity that you still enjoy, like walking briskly, biking, rollerblading, these will still have a substantial effect at raising your body temperature. </p>
<p>My final point about this would be:  What&#8217;s the Point of Trying to Rejuvenate your Body, and Increasing the Quality of Your Sleep, if You&#8217;re Not Going to USE YOUR BODY?</p>

<li>Regular Exercise increases your body temperature rhythm, and makes your body peak at a higher level. The result is that you will have a better energy level throughout the day feeling more motivated, alive and positive. </li>
<li>Since your body peaks at a higher level, the body temperature will also drop faster and deeper, thus facilitating deep and uninterrupted sleep.  </li>
<li>Flat lining of your body temperature rhythm is prevented by daily exercise, helping you to sleep easier on stressful days and even on days when do not exercise. </li>
<li>Regular exercise delays the evening temperature drop allowing you to stay awake and alert for a longer time. </li>
<li>Exercise also relieves stress, a major cause of sleeping disorders. </li>
</ul>
<p>If exercise not already a part of your daily regimen, it’s not too late to start now. The best and the right time to exercise is early in the morning as it will facilitate a quick temperature rise. Avoid exercising 3-4 hours before your sleeping time, because by that time your body temperature will still be on the rising trend, rendering the process of falling asleep more difficult. </p>

If you are not in favor of monotonous exercise, you can choose an equally demanding physical activity like aerobics, cycling, swimming, walking or alike. These will have the same effect on raising body temperature. </p>

<p><strong>Super Kelp</strong></p>
<p>Super kelp (also known as “Sea kelp” and “Sea wrack”) is a sea herb that is one of the best sources of natural iodine and trace elements.
